This is a great fitness class that combines Latin dance
moves with Hip Hop for a great calorie burn workout
rookie or veteran burn up to 600 calories

Small group personal training
Every one of our classes is small group
personal training because our classes are in
fact all small
1-1 and Partner training are available anytime with
one of our certified trainers. If personal training
intimidates you try a session at Flex. We will change
your mind and you save money!
