Zumba Fitness (55 min)
Tues @ 4:30pm Thur 7:00 pm and Sat @ 10 am

This is a great fitness class taking the country
by storm that combines Latin dance moves
with Hip Hop for a great calorie burn workout
rookie or veteran burn up to 600 calories

Sculpt and Slim (50 mins)
Tuesdays @ noon

Great lunchtime class No heavy sweating
so you can return to work
Mat Pilates with weights balls & more
